Edinburgh

Loch Lomond
Loch Lomond is the largest expanse of water in the UK with a shoreline of 95 miles and over 620 feet deep. This is an exceptionally beautiful area to visit. It was the inspiration for the well-known Scottish love song. Loch Lomond is located less than an hour’s drive from Glasgow in the Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park.
Highlands
The Highlands are a region in Scotland with scenic landscapes and interesting history. The Highlands have been names as one of the best regions in the world to visit in 2019. The tallest mountain in the British Isles, Ben Nevis is in the Highlands. Glencoe, a beautiful valley surrounded by epic peaks is also located in this region.
Inverness
Inverness is a small, cosmopolitan city in the Highlands. Located on the banks of the River Ness, it offers visitors a diverse culinary scene, pubs and bars, good shopping, galleries, and cultural attractions. With Inverness as your base, you can easily explore some of the best of the Highlands such as Culloden Battlefield and Loch Ness.
Loch Ness
Near Inverness is a beautiful loch with an air of mystery – Loch Ness. Since 1933 when the first photograph emerged, there have been tales of a large monster living deep in Loch Ness. There have been many eye-witness accounts, sightings, and evidence, but scientists still are baffled by the existence of ‘Nessie’, the Loch Ness monster. Loch Ness contains more water than all the lakes of England and Wales combined. When in the area, you can visit Urquhart Castle, a 1,000-year-old castle in ruins on the banks of Loch Ness.
