Day 1 - Arrive Zagreb
Transfer from your arrival point in Zagreb to your hotel. Enjoy some free time to settle in and explore the vibrant capital. Overnight in Zagreb.
Day 2 - Zagreb
After breakfast, join a guided walking tour of Croatia’s charming capital. Explore both the historic Lower and Upper Towns, with highlights including St. Mark’s Church, the Government Palace, Lotrscak Tower, the Cathedral, and the iconic Stone Gate. Stroll through the colourful Dolac Market and soak in the local atmosphere. The rest of the day is yours to explore the city's cafés, shops, and vibrant streets. Overnight in Zagreb. (B)
Day 3 - Zagreb - Plitvice Lakes - Opatija
Depart in the morning toward the breathtaking Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Croatia’s oldest national park. Walk along wooden paths and nature trails surrounded by lush greenery and cascading turquoise lakes (a moderate fitness level is required). Continue to Opatija for check-in at your hotel. Overnight in Opatija. (B)
Day 4 - Opatija - Krk
After breakfast and hotel check-out, enjoy a guided walking tour of elegant Opatija, famous for its belle epoque architecture, seaside promenade, and lush parks. Afterwards, transfer to the port to embark on your Katarina Line cruise. Departure is scheduled for 14:00, with a delicious lunch served on board as we set sail. If you arrive a bit later, don’t worry – you can meet us in the charming town of Krk, located on the island that shares its name. Krk features a range of villages of various sizes, scenic promenades, rugged rocky areas dotted with small islands, and numerous secluded bays and beaches. The town’s waterfront is lively and inviting, offering plenty of bars and restaurants where you can unwind. Overnight in Krk town. (B, L)
Day 5 - Krk - Rab
After breakfast, cruise towards Rab, known as the “island of love”. On arrival, join a guided tour to visit the imposing stone walls and striking Romanesque church towers, churches, palaces, stone streets and ancient facades. Many streets and squares act as open-air galleries for artists working outside. Do not miss tasting the famous cake “Rapska Torta”. Overnight in the town of Rab. (B, L, T)
Day 6 - Rab - Sali
Morning cruise from Rab towards Sali, travelling by Pag, an island of the unusual, moon-like landscape. Lunch on board and swim stop. Sali is a charming coastal village on Dugi Otok, known for its authentic Dalmatian atmosphere and scenic beauty. It offers a peaceful stop with traditional cuisine and crystal-clear waters. Time at leisure. Overnight in Sali. (B, L)
Day 7 - Sali - Kornati - Zadar
Cruise through the spectacular Kornati National Park, a stunning archipelago of 140 islands, islets, and reefs known for its raw beauty, steep cliffs, and historic ruins—from Illyrian fortresses to medieval churches. Continue to Zadar, the historic centre of northern Dalmatia. On a guided tour, explore landmarks such as the Roman Forum, the 9th-century Church of St. Donatus, and the 16th-century city walls. Don’t miss the unique Sea Organ and the “Greeting to the Sun” light installation on the waterfront. Overnight in Zadar. (B, L)
Day 8 - Zadar - Mali Losinj
After breakfast and a morning swim, cruise towards Losinj, known as “the sunshine island” with an abundance of pines, wildflowers and herbs. Losinj is one of the most popular islands on the northern Adriatic waters for its hidden coves and cool Mediterranean vibe. On arrival to Mali Lošinj, time at leisure, you can visit the Museum of Apoxyomenos, walk up to the Losinj Aromatic Garden or to the smaller town of Veli Losinj, both easy to reach and explore on foot. Day 9 - Mali Losinj - Cres
Departure for the Cres island after the morning swim. Possible swim stop on the island Susak, if weather permits. Cres is an unspoiled island, long and narrow, abundant with olive groves, vineyards, forests of oak, beech and remarkable stone walls. Cres and Mali Losinj were once one island before the Romans dug a narrow channel to separate them. In the evening, enjoy the Captain's dinner onboard with live music. Overnight in Cres. (B, L, CD)
Day 10 - Cres - Opatija
After breakfast, depart for Opatija. The famous Opatija Riviera is best admired from the sea, with its elegant villas, lush parks, and scenic coastline. Enjoy lunch on board with a swim stop along the way. Arrive in the afternoon and join a guided walking tour to discover the charm of this historic seaside resort, known as the cradle of Croatian tourism. Stroll along Croatia’s longest lungomare (seaside promenade), admire the Habsburg-era architecture, and learn about the town’s glamorous past. Later, explore at your own pace or walk to nearby Volosko, a traditional fishing village that’s now a culinary hotspot with some of the region’s finest bars and restaurants. Day 11 - Opatija - Istria
One last breakfast onboard, then check out by 9.00 am, followed by a transfer to central Istria (approx. 1 hour drive). Visit one of the picturesque hilltop towns, such as Motovun or Buzet, both known for their charm and rich truffle heritage. During your visit, pause to enjoy. (B)
Day 12 - Istrian Peninsula
Explore the highlights of the Istrian Peninsula, starting with the ancient Pula Colosseum, one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheatres in the world. Continue to Rovinj, a picturesque coastal town known for its Venetian architecture and narrow cobblestone streets. After a full day of discovery, return to your hotel for another overnight stay. (B)
Day 13 - Istria - Venice
After breakfast, transfer to Venice (approximately 3 hours), where your tour concludes. Drop-off is at Tronchetto or Marco Polo Airport; other locations are available upon request and may be subject to a surcharge. (B)
