Tour overview:
Experience the best of what Norway has to offer: fjords, waterfalls, coastal and city culture, the unique Viking History, a glacier, mountains, and idyllic islands are among what you will find. You will travel the region using railway, panoramic train route and ferries. Therefore, recommend you travel light and find your inner adventurer. You will have plenty of time to explore the region at your own pace.
Day 1 - Arrival To Norway

Arrival in Bergen and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2 - Bergen
"Breakfast in the hotel.
Enjoy the sightseeing of Bergen on your own. Pass through the most emblematic places such as the Hanseatic Bryggen, with the church of Mary, the Hakon fortress and the famous fish market. You can visit the Fløibanen Funicular, which will take you on the top of the Mountain Fløyen, for overall view of the city. In addition, we recommend you check out Rosenkrantz Tower, St Mary Church, Norwegian Fisheries Museum, Horda Museum and Fantoft Stave Church.
You can also book a guided food and culture walk as optional activity.

Day 3 - Bergen - Flam

Morning walk to the Bergen railway station, where you will embark a train towards Voss – a very popular sports hub in the country. In Voss, you will change to a shuttle bus that will take you to Gudvangen through snowy mountains and contrasted scenery.
Upon arrival to Gudvangen, you will have some free time for lunch and if you wish, you can also visit the Viking Village – an open-air museum, where you can travel back in time to the Viking age.
Continue your trip by shuttle bus to Flåm.

Day 4 - RIB Boat Safari On Sognefjord & Aegir Viking Dinner

In the morning, you can choose to spend your time at leisure or participate on a guided snowshoe hike experience with a stop at the breathtaking Stegastein Viewpoint.
Later today, you will get closer to nature in Aurlandsfjorden and parts of the UNESCO listed Nærøyfjorden by an unforgettable RIB boat safari. The tour starts at 11:45 (meeting point is at Fjord Safari reception at 11:15) The length of this trip is 2,5 hours. The advantage of exploring the fjords through a RIB boat is that you will get the chance to get close to small villages and waterfalls along the way. You will hear tales and historical facts from the professional guide that accompanies you. You will receive necessary safety gear for a safe and comfortable experience on the fjords. The gear includes floatation suit, life vest, hat, gloves, and goggles. This tour is guided in English.
In the evening, you will be served Ægir’s Viking Dinner, a 5-course beer and food plank that consists of salmon tartar, slow cooked deer, creamy tomato and coconut soup, braised shoulder of local lamb and dark chocolate cake. The plank is served with 5 unique Ægir-beers that compliments the different dishes. (non-alcoholic options available on request) The dinner takes place in Ægir Brewpub.

Day 5 - Flam To Oslo
"Breakfast in the hotel.
Morning departure to Myrdal by train. Myrdal station is a mountain railway station and junction, located about 13 km from the village Flåm. Board the famous Flåmsbana - one of the steepest trainlines in the world. The train journey runs through fantastic nature, past the Rallar road, steep mountains, breath-taking waterfalls and no less than 20 tunnels. It offers so many viewpoints that many feel like travelling multiple times between the mountain and the fjord. Audio guide is available throughout this part of the train journey.
In Myrdal, change to Bergen Railway that will take you to the last stop of this journey - to Norwegian capital, Oslo. Find your way to the hotel.

Day 6 - Oslo

Discover the city of Oslo on your own OR you can choose to join to our optional Panorama tour for 3 hours by coach and with a certified local guide. The tour of the city includes the Holmenkollen Ski Jump and a guided tour through Vigeland Sculpture Park.
If you wish to explore the city on your own, we recommend you visiting Akershus Castle, Oslo City Hall, Fram Museum, Kon-Tiki Museum, Munch Museum, National History Museum, Nobel Peace Center and much more.

Day 7 - Depart Oslo
