Inside Sales Travel Specialist
SITA World Tours is seeking an Inside Sales Travel Specialist. Candidate MUST have good knowledge of some of the following destinations: Africa, Asia, Australia, India, and Central/South America. Candidate must also have experience handling volume phone sales, be capable of multi-tasking, have excellent communication and computer skills, and 3-4 years experience in handling travel agent and consumer inside sales calls. We offer a great working environment, salary commensurate with experience (plus complimentary med), and travel benefits.
Qualifications:
- * Phone sales experience with travel agents
- * Excellent phone skills
- * Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- * Reservations, operations, costing experience
- * Destination and product knowledge
- * Experience with tour operator environment
- * Ability to attend and participate in product and sales seminars
